Pydio is a PHP app, similar to OwnCloud. I like it because all it does is file syncing, whereas OwnCloud tries to also be a CalDAV/CardDAV server. It probably has pretty similar requirements to OwnCloud. What's super nice about Pydio is, you can setup multiple workspaces and choose which workspaces you want on which device.
